So, you've got your new customer ready to sign up... what happens next?
With this Automation Hack, your customer will complete a signup form, complete with online payments, agreement, and signature. Payments can be set up as a simple once-off, or as a subscription over time.
How does it work?
- You send the client a link to the onboarding form (in Jotform)
- Customer completes the form, enters payment information, and signs off with an online signature
- Optionally, the customer can be redirected to an additional questionnaire or calendar booking page
In this Hack, we can build two forms, with up to 20 fields each, and set up email or Slack notifications, and autoresponders to your customer. Of course, we'll need all of the questions for the form from you.
Any additional cost or setup fees related to the apps involved are not included, and are at your own cost. You will require a Stripe account to accept payments. We may substitute other apps or platforms where it is necessary.
The 7 (seven) day delivery period for Automation Hacks commences from the time that you provide us will all information, logins and material in order for the build to be completed, and we have acknowledged receipt.
